Rick Beauchamp

Director, Coaching & Facilitation

Rick previously worked in a number of management roles relating to social and health services funded by the Province of Ontario.  In a career spanning over three decades, he acquired operational leadership experience in middle and senior management positions.  He was a contributor to policy development and program implementation at both corporate and local levels.  Forrest & Company is pleased to have him on board the team as Director, Coaching & Facilitation.

In 2010, Rick established an independent consulting and mediation practice (RFB Associates) based in Burlington, with a focus on capacity- building in the non-profit sector.  He is often engaged in service network reviews involving multiple organizations and strategic planning exercises with individual agencies. At times, he is called upon to assist in resolving inter-organizational disputes.  Through Forrest & Company, Rick has become certified in Effective Intelligence, and uses this as an aid in individual coaching and team development.   

Rick has a BA (Hons.) in Political Science and a Master of Social Work degree (Social Welfare Policy) from McMaster University.  He holds a Master of Laws (Alternative Dispute Resolution) from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. He is an accredited Family Mediator through the Ontario Association of Family Mediators (OAFM) and is on the Ontario Roster as a Child Protection Mediator.
